Can I watch my package on my TV at home?

My channel is not broadcasting live. Why?
If you think that the channel you are watching is not broadcasting live o it doesn’t match the channel in the country of the channel, these could be some of the reasons:
International Signals - Some of our channels are the international signals of the local channels in their country of origin. Example:
Country |
Local Signal (Not Available in JumpTV Latino) |
International Signal (Available in JumpTV Latino) |
| Chile | Television Nacional de Chile (TVN) | TV Chile |
| Colombia | Caracol TV | Caracol TV Internacional |
| Colombia | RCN | TV Colombia |
| Argentina | Telefe | Telefé Internacional |
These channels don’t have the rights to broadcast part of their contents outside of their country of origin and that’s the reason they need to develop an international signal that allows them to reach the international audience, without violating the rights of the programming.
The international signal generally focuses in the best programming of the channel produced by them, which has cleared rights worldwide; and normally does not have any of the international programs bought with rights only for that country (movies, sitcoms, cartoons, etc)
As an example, TVN cannot broadcast “Lord of the rings”, “CSI”, or FIFA World Cup outside of Chile. Therefore TV Chile doesn’t have any of these contents. TV Chile has however all the TVN series produced by the channel such as “40 y tantos, maduros pero ni tanto”.
Substitution of Programs with no Rights - Some of channels come directly from their country of origin since the channel doesn’t have an international signal. These channels do not have 100% cleared rights to distribute each and every program they broadcast over satellite to the Internet. Hence, to the extent that there are limitations with respect to distributing certain programs on our network worldwide, we're obligated to block such programs from showing and replace them with an alternative program from the same channel.
This substitution is performed according to the indications of the channels in their programming guide. In general de guide will show the program that is being broadcasted and not the original program that was substituted.
Programming Guide in Local Time - Please notice that our programming guide shows your local time, and not the local time of the channel. The time is taken from the time configured in your computer, so make sure the computer has the rights time to avoid confusion with the guide.
